Under the Sea Tutorial

Tutorial level: medium and above

You will also need Eye Candy 4000 for the bubbles.

and MuRa's Filter Meister - Cloud 2.2 which you can get free at http://www.geocities.com/murakuma/mmplugins.html

Under The Sea Animation

 

Transparent Background

Open new image 500x500 with transparent background.
You can resize later..but you will need working room.

PSP7 Color Wheel

Flood fill your canvas with a light pale blue...

Pale Blue Flood Fill

Color PickerLight Streaks

Now using your paint brush and your patterns with the above setting
paint in your sand area as shown below using a size 40 brush.

Sand in Graphic

Open Tubes

Open your favorite Ocean Tubes and start placing them
onto your sand and water areas.
Remember the further back items are much smaller.

If you plan on animating this Image do not add your bubbles yet.

Layer Properties

Add new Raster Layer name it water

MuRa's Filter Meister - Cloud 2.2

Using your MuRa's filter and the above setting apply to your water layer
Making sure this is your top layer of your image.

apply to Top Layer of Image

Set Layer Opacity to 40

Click on layers/properties lower opacity to 40.

Layers Merged

Merge and Add your favorite frame and your done...

IF you are going to animate DO NOT MERGE.

Animation Note

SHIFT D and make 3 copies UNMERGED
and set your main image to the side for safe keeping.

Main Image

Making  your water layer active click on your EYE CANDY 4000

Eye Candy Panel

Jiggle/Brownian Motion with the above settings.

 NOW ADD BUBBLES merge and save as copy1.

Repeat steps on copy 2 and 3 only changing RANDOM SEED on each copy

Load into animation shop and set speed at 15 to 20.

Final Animated Image
